This is one of my favorite vsauce videos. Both scientific and philosophical at the same time as almost every other video of him, but there's something that touches me in a peculiar way...
That made me think of the universe's entropy. As the entropy must increase, and the galaxies, stars and black holes holds it together, the only way the universe could maintain it is by expanding faster and faster. By expanding, the universe can maintain the expanding overall entropy. Which means that when galaxies, stars and black holes die out, it will inevitably reverse the expansion again in order to maintain entropy.

It is relevant, 100% in fact...the universe will still exist after the "heat death" in 10^100 years and at that stage time becomes irrelevant because literally nothing's going to happen after that, but that's not the point here. It's about the *time* until that event, and Michael (as he always does) explained pretty clear and undeniably why relaxing *does* prolong that event. And if you're talking about emotions being irrelevant in that regard, think again...you consume energy by thinking aswell. Relaxing literally saves up energy consumption compared to feeling angered for example the same way he described in the video only even less than compared to actively moving your body.
In my whole life until now I sure as hell saved the universe a nanosecond or two compared to the hypothetical me that would've been more active.
Now if you had said it's irrelevant to think about it since there is no "if" and thus comparing your past and future life with a hypothetical other life doesn't change anything because you have lived and will live only one way which is already set in stone because of the nonexistence of coincidence in our universe...well *then* you'd have a point there, but as it stands you seem to highly underestimate the impact (or relevance) everything has/had/will have on everything else just because it's too tiny of a relevance for you to imagine. But please try to, because it's fascinating as fuck to find these things out. And also don't try to disprove scientific theories with semantics...you'll only sound smart and give fuel to ignorance to spread more ignorance.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I assumed that future civilizations wouldn't really need to do any guessing. We keep rather decent records of basically all the important stuff we know, I'd imagine that would be far more clear and detailed than ancient wall paintings. Just something to consider.
The Romans did that too. Turns out we only have their important books and some ruins today, which does tell us pretty much but not all about them.
