    I think I about to this everyday I'm 17 and I weigh 79kg I'm going to walk for 2 hrs In the morning and do this I am gonna do it cheer me up pls

      Good luck but don't forget for weight loss 80 percent is what you eat 20 % of exercise if you want to loss weight

    Not even personal training helped me reduce my lower body even by an inch. I tried everything even yoga ,running , zumba too but my problem area of heavy hips and thighs was just not reducing.
    I came across these Zumba and aerobics trust me in 3 months I have lost 4 kgs and also visible difference in my lower body size . Thanks to you I will continue doing it until I get my desired size .

      Таня, скажите пожалуйста как вы занимаетесь: сколько раз в день, каждый ли день, по часу или по пол часа? Действительно ли есть заметные результаты?! Очень хочу похудеть, но ненавижу записаться упражнениями, такие вот движения под музыку для меня проще оказались. Но вот почему то не очень то уверена что будет хоть какой то результат.

      @@ЕленаБойко-ш7у Елена,я занималась семь месяцев,результат был через три месяца 5 кг, потом вес встал, вечером не ела, и все ни туда,ни сюда 😂. Но я думаю,на меня ориентироваться не стоит,я нахожусь в менопаузе,мне под 50. Девочки,кто помоложе хорошо сбрасывают,в комментариях часто пишут. Мне просто очень нравится заниматься ,эти занятия мне подходят. Сейчас летом не занимаюсь,вернусь осенью. А вообще достаточно посмотреть на девушек в зале,и вы увидите,за сколько месяцев,кто как изменился,молодые быстро,возрастным очень долго,а кто такой же и остаётся, только более подтянутой,у каждого все очень индивидуально, желаю вам удачи и всего доброго 💞

      P.S. По поводу того что вес стоит, попробуйте как можно чаще вносить изменения, допустим занимались по часу в день, начните заниматься два раза в день по под часа или по часу. Или один день так, другой по другому. Должно помочь, попробуйте, так же можно чередовать с более интенсивными тренировками с других каналов.

    Great workout! Warning: there is jumping and jogging in the workout. I didn't expect it, just want anyone who reads this to know what they are getting into. If jumping is okay for you, I would try it.
