ಒಬ್ಬಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಯಾರೂ ಆಡಲಾರರು. ಗೆಲ್ಲಲಾರರು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ಯಾರೂ ಒಬ್ಬರೇ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾರರು. ಇತರರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದು ಗೌರವಿಸುವುದು ಅತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಉನ್ನತ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಳಗಿನವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ 'ಉದಾಸೀನ' ಅಥವಾ 'ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ' ತೋರುವುದು ಅಕ್ಷಮ್ಯವಲ್ಲವೇ ? ಇದೇ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲೂ ಕೇಳಬಹುದೇ ? ಸತಿ-ಪತಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರು ? ಸತಿಯೊ ಅಥವಾ ಪತಿಯೊ ? ಸತಿ-ಪತಿ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು 'ದಂಪತಿ' ಪದವಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
No one can play alone. Can't win. Similarly, no one can work alone in the workplace. It is very important to recognize and respect others. So is it not inexcusable for those in higher positions to be 'indifferent' or 'negligent' towards their subordinates? Can the same question be asked in family life? Who deserves more respect among husband and wife? If both husband and wife are married then they are entitled to the title of 'couple'.
