Good video, this can also accurs when the framerate is limitated or if you are using any up-scalling method, sadly there's no fix for that when you're playing fullscreen. I find that playing games with the borderless window setting activated usually gets rid of any such issues.
I recently updated my W11 to the 24H2 preview, and now all my fullscreen games are having this issue, and I always have my resolutions set to 1920x1080. I don't use stretched res. Any fix?
Some people have their Windows resolution in 1080p or 1440p but they like to play competitive games in 4:3 resolutions like 1440x1080, this makes switching back and forth between the game and the desktop very sluggish. So this small program changes the desktop resolution to match the in-game resolution for quick switching.
