Great job dude! I've been doing same tests at work (for streaming to youtube) with pretty static image with much noise (videocamera broadcasting record) and every time NVENC HEVC got more VMAF score than NVENC AV1 at low bitrates. Only at 5k AV1 had same VMAF score and little more VMAF score at 6k+ bitrates. So I think HEVC is a little bit better option for static noisy videos broadcasting with lower bitrate.

I did some research and I have a 1650 and I can use HEVC... why don't you recommend it?
