Which Lock Box is Best? Combo Lock Box Vs. Electronic Lock Box

I created this video because recently I have been seeing multiple listings with combination lock boxes and I felt that people should be properly informed whenever they're SIGNING LISTING AGREEMENTS! There are 1000s of new agents out there and in order to obtain low entry costs, they are choosing the cheaper option. Is that best for YOUR PROPERTY?
