Since I started Keto, the outer half of my eyebrows are growing back in. My hair has stopped falling out. Floaters in my eyes are gone. Arthritic pain in my shoulder, elbow, and wrist has gone away. The edema in my feet is going down, not gone yet but getting better. My sinuses are not stuffed when I wake up in the morning. I'm sleeping an hour longer, and the purple circles under my eyes are fading from the outside corners towards the inside. And I've lost seven pounds. Edit: I've now lost thirty-seven pounds, more to go.

I went on Keto diet combined with OMAD and 18:6 Intermittent fasting. I reversed Insulin resistance, neuropathy, osteoarthritis and macular pucker. Everything reversed completely within 21 days. I enjoyed my new diet, I prefer fats over sugars and carbs. I am on this Keto diet for 6 months now, I have to remind me to eat because I am literally not hungry at all. The traditional medical establishment practices the interventionist approach to medicine. It’s all about manipulating the body to “fix” stuff, it’s not really about understanding nature and keeping things in balance. Most of them don’t know this because it’s not part of their education and they are trained to see this more like quackery.
Thank god we have easy access to alternative views nowadays and get to understand that traditional medicine is not the only authority in human health.

    • @tara5742
      @tara5742 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

Doctors practice medicine. They also have the education to refer us to a specialist that specializes in surgical options. Other than maintaining a healthy BMI and raising your heart rate daily for 20 minutes, they don’t have the education or authority to advise. And they will be up front and tell us that. I feel it’s the general public that thinks they heal the person and find out the cause of the symptoms. They practice medicine.

I noticed that you mentioned Addison's Disease. I have a compromised immune system, which attacked my adrenal glands first, then completely destroyed them. I have no adrenal glands & have full- blown Addison's disease. I was hospitalized with an Addison's crisis. While in the hospital blood testing found that thyroid glands had been destroyed. My auto immune system took 2 more essential glands. However, even though my life has become more isolated because of the Addison's side affects & my poor immune system., I still believe, even with this crappy body, life is still wonderful! I know that my lifespan will be 11 years shorter then it would have been if I was healthy, I've learned to treasure each moment!

He is very caring about the way he uses commonplace language that anyone can understand and he makes the way illnesses impact your daily life and how to recognize that as well as explain some very scientifically complex health issues and medical body processes in a way that makes sense to me. These things should be commonplace knowledge and the government and public school system has failed us as far as truly teaching us the knowledge that we need to take care of our health and how to live in a way that our lifestyle and diet is the preventative action that we take to have the most impact on NOT BECOMING UNHEALTHY IN THE FIRST PLACE

My mom & dad I had issues with the Vegas nerve. It's was horrible. We started to sweat and our heart felt like it was gonna jump out of our chest, plus felt like we were gonns faint, throw up, or 💩. It's horrible. I wldnt wish it on my worst enemy. The first one I had at 30 yrs old I thought I was dying. Dr's didn't know much about it back in the early 90's. I went to the Dermatologist and had to have fibro's removed and would never get squimish, but out of no where I had a Vegas attack and the Dr yelled t to the nurse to grab the alcohol. He lifted up my shirt and rubbed my body down with alcohol. In a matter of mins, it went away. That was the first time we finally got a name for this condition. Thank God, but we've had may 2 or 3 over a the past 4 or 5 yrs and not every month. Thank you for creating this video. God bless you! 🤗 😇🙏💜💜♥️♥️

This was very interesting. About 5 years ago I told my doctor that I was not happy with being sent off to different specialists for all of the auto-immune conditions I was developing, including hypo-thyroidism. They were wanting to treating with drugs and surgery. I watched a documentary about gluten intolerance (which I thought was a fad). It started me thinking and I decided to remove gluten to see if it helped. It made a huge difference! My doctor sent me to a gastro-enterologist who put me through the whole range of tests & biopsy and found I was actually a coeliac.
We have to listen to our own body and insist on treatment sometimes because doctors often don't connect the dots and look at the big picture.

Important finding: an excess of magnesium supplementation exhausts the adrenals. My doctor prescribed magnesium supplements for chronic constipation. She said, “
Start with 500 and keep adding on until your constipation is solved. You can’t take too much of it.
Well, my constipation has never been “solved,” but after taking 800 to 900 mg of magnesium for years, my adrenal glands just tanked. Reducing magnesium supplementation has helped.

All You had to do for constipation is:
*- Avoid* too much Starches - Rice, Breads, Cookies, Cakes, Bananas, Corn, Potatoes. They're okay to eat but in small amounts. Despite what the USDA's JOKE of a food Pyramid says.
      Eat plenty *_REAL ..._*
      - Green Leaf Vegetables - Lettuce, Kale, Beet Greens, Aloe Vera Juice, etc.
      - Fruits - seeded Grapes, Apples, Watermelons/Melons, fresh/frozen/dried.
      - Drink Plenty Water.
      - Drink Herbal Teas - Senna Leaf, Cerasee, Rose Petals, Hibiscus, Slippery Elm, etc. _(be sure to have Your day cleared to constantly access the toilet.)_
*_Some_* Herbal Teas do taste awful, however, We're Adults now and We can drink the Bitter Health Teas. Life ain't easy anyway.

I just realized, that my daughter has adrenal fatigue. She needs to do more meditation because she is prone to panic attacks and such. So this is another reason to learn to be more mindful of herself.
Very good videos. I will start watching more and taking notes. Thank you!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! My prayer is this is the year our collective decency rises to the surface and we find love, compassion and a willingness to understand those different from ourselves...free from judgment.

The outer parts of my eyebrows have always been very thin, however I don't have any other symptoms. No chest hair either, but full head of hair at 70.

Thank you Dr. Ekberg! I have felt like I was going to pass out every time I stood up ever since I was a little girl. I would pass out a lot when I was expecting. First time a doctor has talked about Adrenal Fatigue.

WOW!!! Thank you Dr. Ekberg. You explain things a layman can understand and then the steps to take, whether seeking help or lifestyle changes. I love your willingness to take the time to educate all who choose to take charge of their life .👍😁

Dr Ekberg is excellent as a teacher as he explains everything logically so as everyone fully understands the subject .
Many thanks to him for such interesting and informative videos, as without this I am sure many would drastically lose out.

i already knew these from school but very much agree, he is great at this. My professors got paid to do this and they were good at it too. He does it for free, though! Now of course in school we go into all of this in far more depth. The problem is, why is this good teacher/doctor doing this for free? Is he an angel? I always thought if you do stuff like this on youtube, it was because you couldn't do it for a living. Well, I wish we all had doctors like Dr. E! WHERE can one find such a doctor?

I never crawled. I was in my 30's when my chiropractor figured it out. I walked like a camel. She had me practice crawling in order to connect my left and right hemisphere. Now I can walk and swing my arms correctly.
BTW, I had trouble with certain academic excercizes...then after connecting my hemispheres I have less trouble.

Thank you, Doctor. You are smart but more than that the way you explain things to me so that I can easily understand, was beautiful...Not only do I understand more and can look for signs but I feel I got greater respect for my body now. I started hating my body a bit because the appearance of beauty was fading. since listening to you for the last ten minutes I appreciate all the goings-on internally.. the unseen awareness.. thank you. Thank you. In some strange quantum way, I think I'm starting to love myself again and in a way less superficial than before. I only hope that others too are not just getting the knowledge you are sharing but the joy of receiving the info you are giving us. blessed be

True Healthcare would be so much simpler if the "medical experts" didn't compartmentalize the human body into tiny non interactive systems. The road to healing doesn't have to be so complicated.

This info is so complete..I see myself in most of the out of balance symptoms. I have had extreme stress for more than and a year. It’s been showing signs of letting up and I’ve had periods of usually..3 days out of many bad ones…that as problems are solved .,stress is losing its control and I might be seeing restoration. In the meantime, my integrative M.D. has tried many many things under many diagnosis by treating symptoms as they appear to dominate. But now I’m at a point where the supplements,,vitamins and even foods are not being tolerated. What’s left to me is trying to resignal the brain with PT exercises. This video is leading the way out of imbalances imo. Thank you so much for posting this.
