  • There are some simple warning signs that you need to pay attention to. And it’s not because of aging. If you’re experiencing any of these four warning signs that I discuss, please see a doctor immediately.
    ------------------------
Order Dr. Gundry’s latest book “Gut Check” here: www.amazon.com/Gut-Check-Micr...
In this episode, I’ll also discuss the symptoms you may be experiencing due to nutritional deficiencies, especially key minerals.
Additionally, I delve into why not all steaks are created equal and distinguish how you can spot quality from the rest.
    On this episode you’ll learn:
Why we often mistake common signs of poor health as just "part of getting older”
The first warning sign of your health that you can’t ignore
The hidden messages your skin tags are sending about your well-being -and how I made mine vanish
Why women experience heart attack symptoms differently than men (and what to really look out for)
The key factors to distinguish quality steak from the rest and the pitfalls to avoid
Why jumping on the bone broth bandwagon might not be the health revelation you think it is
The extraordinary advantages of incorporating fermented foods into your diet
The surprising reason why most of us struggle to absorb essential minerals-even when we eat continuously
The unmistakable signs of a potassium deficiency (and my favorite supplement to replenish this crucial nutrient)
Why THIS mineral plays a vital role in muscle stability and heart health
The shocking truth about sodium deficiency (and the real culprit behind this widespread issue)
    Mentioned on this episode:
    Gut Check: www.amazon.com/Gut-Check-Micr...

He says: 1. Don’t ignore skin tags, fatigue and low energy, and erectile dysfuction because they can be signs of more serious problems. 2. Re: steak: avoid marbling. 3. Most people are deficient in potassium and magnesium. 4. Use iodized sea salt. 5. Don’t use iron or calcium supplements.

Dr. Gundry talks a lot about how to heal *leaky gut*
Not only, but he has become the *gut* focused doctor. I love Ken Berry too and in Reality he wants you to eat all parts of the animal - from to tongue to bone.
Somehow everybody only wants filet and only chicken breast which is full of female hormones. I would very much enjoy them clarify such matters, too 😊

For Iodine, do what the Japanese do and eat some seaweed. Dulse and Kombu or Kelp to put in soup broth. You only need a 4 inch dried square simmered in water or broth for 20 minutes. Drink the broth and cut up the seaweed and eat that too. Or with Dulse which tastes like bacon dried, sprinkle that on Hummus or in a salad.

Dr. Gundry's video highlights important aspects of red meat consumption. It shows that quality and processing play a major role. While grass-fed meat may offer better omega fatty acid ratios and potentially be healthier, we should still be mindful of our overall consumption. Processed meat, high in saturated fats and additives, is linked to heart diseases and cancer. A balanced diet, also rich in vegetables and whole grains, is crucial to counteract the negative effects of red meat. Ultimately, it's about the right balance and quality of meat in our diet.
