      Hej Sten.
Men….

Well maybe I can UPDATE this, since I'm IR'd,and Diabetic. On FULL KETO Diet,
I'm unsure what my BP is, but lately I haven't been feeling good at all , chest pains, constant burping while breathing. Doing intermittent Fasting. My diabetes was getting worser last year, and unfortunately doctors sent me to the foot doctor‼️ for the swelling caused by Diabetes‼️ Bloods was taken, but weeks later proved nothing because I'm on KETO and they don't know for some dumb reason. So, I told them and visited numerous times still no correct diagnosis.
It's tough, a lot of times symptoms are hard to tell, and it's easy to be nutrient deficient. Lack of exercise is also tough because of my given situation of sitting. I can't do the things I used to do because of this situation I'm in, and it was doing good but now it got worser suddenly. Legs got swollen up again even though I was doing good on KETO, still doing one meal a day then IF.

To get rid of fatty liver you must intermittent fast. 16:8 for starters. Just stop eating at 8pm and don't have breakfast next morning. Start eating at 12 noon or later. 2nd part is don't eat processed carbs. Only eat whole foods. Don't eat too much fruit as it's high in fructose.

My brother at 62 suffered three ischemic strokes as a result of not treating his high blood pressure and he is currently in a nursing home thinking he will starve since no one is feeding him. I have always wondered/asked why is it that doctors want everyone to have the exact same BP regardless of any physical factors like height, weight, exercise levels, family history, diet, etc. They just pick a number and if you don't have that number the one time they take your BP, you must go on meds. I have never had a doctor even try and offer a reason why, except of course to get you on meds and keep you coming back for more.

What about Potassium Chloride deficiency. I had heard the body needs about 3000 - 4700 mg of Potassium each day. Most may get a good amount through diet, but those fasting can take a no sodium salt. Since Potassium supplements are federally limited to 99mg. I heard that if you are low in Potassium than your body will retain Sodium to compensate thus having the ability to raise blood pressure.

Thanks for yet another great video. I am 71 and have been in hypertensieve crisis 180+/110+ for over 30 years. No symptoms, feel fine. However, due to recent rise to 200/120, I have finally started on losartan to see what happens. Also eased into the carnivore/keto diet. And yes, I would love to understand why extremely high blood pressure was/is "normal" for me. I am reluctant to treat symptoms when I have no clue as to what the underlying/root causes can be, such as insuline resistance.
What is the link to the blood work course? Ah found it 🙂.
    Thanks again.

Thank you doctor, I managed to lower my BP from 150/100 down to 120/80. tho it still spikes to 130/90 still, it's a good sign that I'm having positive results with my lifestyle change.

I totally turned my lifestyle around, it's hard in the first 2 weeks. intermittent Fasting (One meal a day, healthy low sodium diet) sometimes I only eat greenish banana's. Stopped smoking, drinking alcohol, exercise(walking 2 hrs a day) I'm also taking acv and fish oil as my only supplement.

I'm very petite, 5'1", avg 95 lbs, and 53, but look about 15-20 years younger.
I typically have low bp as my normal. I've been dealing with chronic Lyme and the rest of the root causes of illness. Lyme is inactive now. Yay!
My bp avg is 90s/50s-60s. It has been 80s/50s and occasionally 100-119/60s-70s, since I have been improving from chronic Lyme.
I do eat Himalayan salt or sea salt to help. I do a few exercises.
I hope it helps petite people to know they can have low bp for various reasons. :)
