if you look at how fast you have to go to get maybe 5 lbs downforce, and how it actually pushes you outwards when you are leaning for a turn... its completely a racer-boy feature. They look cool though I guess.

The 2009 R1 is the best looking R1 Yamaha has ever made in my opinion. I don't like the look of the new R1 it just doesn't look moto GP.

I had my 2018 r1 tuned to 209bhp, and it felt fast enough. I loved my bike only for a drug driver to hit me while I slowed at 7mph, and he was doing upwards of 90mph.

It's stock horsepower is around 164hp A tune exhaust an air filter will put you at 183-190 Wheel horsepower
