This was great! also the landmark tangent - i have seen people both get some useful tools and have it backfire if they get to invested in the toxic positivity aspects (feel like failures etc...). a great podcast called 'alittlebitculty' has some great interviews on it. I want to add that those with high levels of cpstd can make it step by step as way to even touch fear.

Kareden, thanks for sharing your grief experience. I cried and felt it because I did the same with Dad. I actually started the taking care of others the 2 weeks my Dad was in hospital. I made sure everythings was Ä OK for him and all the siblings that came. Then I made the decision to let him go then planning funeral, eulogy. I did it all by choice. I did not want help. I was the helper. 4 years later Im here learning. You helped me see something I had not seen.

Just adding more complexity and concepts with little meaning
Eckhart Tolle explained very well in his books how to deal with emotions and transcend the egoic mind
I don't see anything new here
