I checked with Microsoft team and he said that my bios was too old (current version is AMI A0.00, 14/07/2015) and I need to update it to the newest one in order to update windows. I bought hp laptop just month ago, but it restart automatically affter black screen when i am doing work on laptop. Sometimes also freezes itself,nothing respond (keyboard,mouse) than have to shutdown with help of power button..please help.

@@HPSupport Since MS put a hold on the latest Windows10 (1903) update, there is nothing you can do. I uninstalled the new Intel drivers and reinstalled the old ones. I do not want a blue screen.
I did this but it stuck. It is just restarting showing a black background and hp logo but it wont stop restarting. Please help

Sir., when I plugged in for charging it shows same percentage like (12%) only it doesn't increases.. After that I updated window s then I restarted but it takes a lot of time... Shows restarting only on laptop.. How can i get back to normal... Sir pls reply me.

HP Support hi sir, I am having the same issue too. I checked with Microsoft team and he said that my bios was too old (current version is AMI A0.00, 14/07/2015) and I need to update it to the newest one in order to update windows. My PC model is 23-q108a. I went to HP website to download the newest BIOS but the box to choose update now is disabled, I am unable to update. Do you know how to fix it?

airplane mode turns on automatically
