I didn't have any occasion to pick up the Kingdom Galvatron, so I ordered the Legacy one and received it a few days ago. Still don't know if it was the better choice, still don't know if I'll display him on the Kingdom or the Legacy shelf... But I am very happy with him! No regret at all!
Believe me friend, you won't regret it, the Legacy version is the one that doesn't have any damage looks on him. He should have be the movie studio series 86 version instead of be the Legacy version.

legacy version is better. i thought i don´t need it, but than decided to buy it and i don´t regret it. the colors pop a bit more on legacy. i compared them myself and the kingdom version is duller overall plus the battle damage distracts more from the overall look. the differences are minor, but imo make a big difference looking at it at hand. they could have fully painted the cannon orange though as they removed the battle damage paint and gave him his g1 gun instead of the ship guns
A great Galvatron for those who couldn't get the Kingdom version. For me is an easy pass. I'm already happy with the Kingdom one. I fixed his shoulders and removed all the battle damage paint. Great review as always.
@@sidearmsalpha I used Isopropyl alcohol at 91% and carefully rubbed it with a cotton swab. I used it to remove the paint in his chest, arms and lower legs. It worked great for me. Now that you mention the cannon, I haven't done it yet.
@@albert09 be careful, don't use alcohol on the cannon. It's clear polycarbonate and alcohol will leech out the plasticizer and cause clear plastic to crumble. Use a magic eraser to clean the battle damage paint on the cannon!

Just how much of the slight differences in plastic was on purpose or just the difference in the batches, because sometimes plastics don't often match depending on if they're the same batch or not.
The prices in my area is more annoying for one leader class it’s $95 and for another one its $100 in my opinion leader class toys would be more worth it if it was like $55 , and$65
They could've made the purple a little lighter and added the chin mark to make it even more cartoon accurate. I still look forward to actually finding this one though.
I am glad they did a battle damage free version but I probably won't get it right away since the battle damage is so minimal I hardly notice it to begin with. I saw it once but skipped because of this, If I see one again I may pick it up and keep the kingdom one as a back up. As weird as it sounds I kind of prefer the battle damage ones because it adds to the "soldiers at war effect" since that's what most of these characters are but I was lucky to get most of the clean ones anyway since I don't live near a walmart.
I have the Legacy version, I'm glad that I waited for him, I've hated the looks of the battle damage on him. I wish that they would do the same for Springer, make a version of him without the battle damage on him, make a transformers the movie studio series 86 version of him.

What is that price? That's so heart breaking. I was planning on getting Menasor but if this price is indiciation on the future prices of toys I might just give up on that. Guess I'll just get the last two predacons.

I live in the United States I got mine from target for $49.99 plus tax, If they keep hiking up the prices some people won’t be able to collect or not collect as many as they would like
no man, there are really very subtle differences, i checked them using different lights before filming this review my camera is just not getting the subtleties as well as i would have wanted

The price on this is extremely unreasonable as I can get the toy accurate version for 42 bucks and that version has more color, this one goes for 50 something bucks and has almost the same colors as the first release with nothing new, plus I think this thing is made out of low quality plastic seeing from the Amazon reviews.

The Plastic is the same color on both, Its just your lighting that is making it looked different.
