    90 Alternating Snatches (22.5/15 kg)
    45 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
    45 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
    Time Cap: 12 minutes
    Sometimes working out alone is tough and I tend to take myself too serious at times but today was refreshing in the most entertaining way possible. Went 50-24-16 on the snatches and probably went too hot because I had no urgency left for the burpee box jump overs. Honestly not sure if it was the back squats yesterday or the snatches but I couldn’t feel how high I was jumping on the first ten reps so I was just hoping to land each one. As for the fun part, the handstand push-ups. I’ve left the door open before on handstand push-ups so it didn’t shock me the first time it happened. The second time, I was like let me really make sure the door is closed. Fool me three times…I went around made sure the door was closed. Hurt my time probably less than it looks because it actually was a “built in” rest period for a movement that is all about muscle fatigue. Maybe the wrong strategy and I should have gone a huge set to start but overall didn’t matter as I had to finish with sets of 3-2-1 by the end. If you’re looking for tips as partners I’d do 25-25-20-20 ish for the snatches, 15-15-15 on the burpee box jump overs and then as big of sets as possible on the hspu. Give this one a go!
