Smth worth mentioning about the apples wheels is that they werent even able to be locked in place. Like, if your floor had a slight incline it would just roll way away unsecured. They arent even just overpriced, they are actually just bad quality and arguably make your pc worse.

A lot of watches are expensive due to the mechanisms and the work required to craft and assemble them. A good accurate watch is much more difficult to make than you might think.
My problem with the guinea pig armour is not that I don't want it but I could employ a blacksmith for 6 months for that money and make and entire guinea pig army's worth of armour in that time.

I had a screw ear stud years ago that I bought for like £4 and it was literally just a screw, cut in half and made into a stud, and it looked way better than that £450 bit of metal with a sticker on it
£165 for a Stanley cup is insane, I got a knock off version from home bargains for £4.99 and it works exactly the same keeps my drinks cold for 24 hours it’s great and I didn’t need to remortgage to buy it 😂

I mean yeah, "it's just a watch", but expensive watches are often made out of precious materials, really mechanically sound and will run longer than you'll live if you take care of it properly, AND they're literally works of art. Paying a lot of money for a painting is not frowned upon, but thats just come paint on a canvas. A watch is a work of art, often handmade, with expensive materials, that look amazing, and you can wear every day. Well worth the money
