This is a traditional style house with a spacious entry hall. I'd replace the open fireplace with a gas unit and rearrange the living room furniture. I'd rearrange the laundry room to make access to the powder room - with sink added - easier. As an alternative, there might be space for the laundry machines upstairs. In the kitchen, I'd replace the green backsplash with something less garish, reposition the window in front of the sink and install more ceiling height upper cabinets. The pantry provides helpful storage. I'd plan the stairway to avoid angled treads and install a handrail. With some tweaks, this plan has potential.
Don’t like the walls between the foyer and living room. Makes me feel like I’m walking into a sardine can. I would swap spots between the laundry area and the half bath and do stackable where the toilet is. Not a fan of any of the decor except the wood use. Dining room looks larger than the living room, not good and kitchen is ok but the sink needs to come to the bar preferably or the window. Larger bedroom is fine, smaller feels like a prison cell. Full bath is nice except the shelves in the shower. Needs to be inserted into the wall.
Me encanta como juegas con los ángulos, y la perfecta ,comoda y cálida distribución, sus diseños son extraordinarios . Felicidades

Your suggestions for updating the house are thoughtful, and with those adjustments, it could really enhance the home's functionality and appeal.
