✨💖✨Tomorrow. I want to move in tomorrow! This home perfect in the rural area, in which I live. Heavy snows and cold winters means that little cast iron stove would be busy all season. The window box on the upstairs window is the perfect touch! I’m e always been a fan of the washing machine close to where that would have the most dirty laundry. As with any house plans, there’d be some changes for my property (not sure what we would do with our current family home occupying the space, but I am a dreamer. 🤗 Walk out finished basement with a covered deck atop. Some personal changes in the kitchen for more storage. But otherwise a beautiful home. I looked on line but couldn’t find a website for you.

Fairytale cottage! I adore that upstairs library/bedroom. This would have been my absolute perfect house back when I was young (and agile enough for those narrow winding stairs). It will perfect now, for many people.

I would move the laundry room downstairs. But otherwise everything is perfect.

Beautiful! The only thing I would change is to move the bedroom's entrance door further into the room. I would also swap the bathroom with the laundry room, add a w/d in the bathroom, and make the current bathroom a small office with access from the hallway since you pushed the door back. That would be perfect for me!

Jasper; for a small cottage, this house has everything people are looking for! For a house this size, the kitchen looks roomy, and the living room, the large window is just calling you outside for a snowball fight before it gets too dark 😊 The top floor is like my dream come true - a balcony would be perfect on the cool nights - the bathroom is just like being outside when you’re taking a shower….where do I sign up?

A lareira na sala, as estantes de livros... Tudo muito bem pensado...
Como pode ser construída em locais onde costuma nevar,
se fosse possível, eu construiria uma garagem na própria estrutura da casa, com abertura interna, direto para dentro da casa.
E fecharia com aberturas e janelas de vidro, a *varanda externa* para poder apreciar a paisagem nos dias chuvosos ou com neve...
E colocaria mais uma lareira nesta varanda se fosse fechada...
Quanto mais conforto melhor! 💕

The house has character! The upstairs suite is a perfect retreat. Although I wish there were more storage in the kitchen, and I'd move the downstairs bathroom and bedroom doors about 3 feet, this is a workable plan.

So when can I move in to that upstairs bedroom suite? 😆 I'd add more windows or a larger window to the main floor bedroom and the kitchen is a bit small and low on storage for a family, I'd say, but otherwise there is a lot I like about this house.
Love the footprint but for me it would need to be bigger. Afraid I would get claustrophobic. Cute kitchen

The living area is a bit small for entertaining and dining. This and a Master Suite are of primary importance to me. Master is wonderful but is upstairs! Not a first choice at all. Lower level bedroom is too small too.
Who’s going to get a washer and dryer plus the master bedroom’s furniture up those stairs?
Beautiful house but not enough space to decorate for the holidays and the bedrooms are too small.
How much would this cost to build?
Very cute design, but while a lot of small homes are targeted for older people, this one might not be. The laundry upstairs is inconvenient for that regard. Otherwise, this just screams coziness!

Hay que quitar la habitacion de dormir de abajo (falta sitio en la cocina y la sala de sofas), el pasillo y la ducha de la zona de abajo (con eso ganamos espacio y necesitamos un wc pero np dos duchas). Hay que pasar abajo el centro de lavado (sabes lo que pesa un cesto de ropa mojada di la quieres tender?) y el despacho pasarlo abajo (o duermes o trabajas las dos cosas en el mismo lugar es un suicidio mental).
