Fixing a botched Windows 10 install

This same method can be used to rebuild the app repository after downgrading Windows 11 to 10, which is absolutely required for UWP apps to function after performing said downgrade.

Update: this is not a permanent fix. As you can see the Task View is still broken and I cannot update the metro apps in the Microsoft Store (it just returns an error code when I try to update it).

i had a similar issue but the hole taskbar and explorer would crash trying to click on it outside its resposive window can still shut down from start menu had to reset windows from a repair shop afther drivers where updated
