A very interesting (and bugged) build of Windows 10, leaked on 13/6/24

Windows 10 build 17000 was leaked on the 13th June 2024. It is very bugged for one reason - the build number is too high. As early as Windows NT 4 Beta 2, there was a hardcoded version limit of 16384. This build obviously exceeds it. which breaks MANY things.
