I always wake up naturally energetic at 4-430am. I never use an alarm clock. Ever. ..not for many years

Count your blessings! My wife and I both, are/were energetic, driven people who work out every day. Then, she crashed from the shot. And my adrenal system seems to by unable to be corrected. I wake up, no matter 4hrs or 12hrs, soooo drained and tired. My head feels pressured, and brain fog had a physical feeling in my head it's so bad. Can't remember my conversations real time. All this for like 3 months, then I get like 3 or 4 days of a relief, and I just can't seem to figure out what is changing, and how to change it.
      So again. Count your blessings.

@gypsylizardqueen8572 yes, from that poison. There is an entire underground community of people just like my wife, some much worse. Who are trying to heal from this. Being turned away by "standard of care" drs, told "it's mental" or "in your head". But thanks to our persistence. There are now dra at Yale, Melin, so on who have put together some studies and patients who were provably fine and go getters before the shot, then several months after... BOOM!!! CRASH!! Severe chronic fatigue, severe new anxiety, severe hair loss, sexual function dysfunction, depression, and symptoms similar to MCAS. If fact now if you look up MCAS, you get alot of long covid in the titles of MCAS videos.

This is subjective. If a person is sleep deprived from overworking hitting the snooze button absolutely helps!
