When i went onto my stomach (prone) it felt like i was on an extension lead - if you've ever felt that sort of pain or discomfort but it turned out it was just sore to be lying prone. I don't know we say lie but my peers sayed " lay" here. Lying prone, laying prone. I had a sore stomach for some reason when pressure was applied in this way. Hopefully i can just lose weight and then it will go back to normal when i have my fitness where I'd like it to be. I enjoy working towards this goal at my own pace.
