I am a huge fan and want to grow my arms and forearms like you. I don't want to arm wrestle but it would be cool if I could beat someone much bigger than me. In your videos you do many exercises with light weight for a lot of time. Is lighter weight the secret for muscle mass in the arms and forearms? It reminds me of Serge Nubret pump training for bodybuilding using only light weights.
Sorry but also i want to answer to you. For developing mass muscle, you need to shock your muscles like using better weights for training. By saying "better", it means choose weight that you cant do more than max 10 reps. After a week or less time, you need to improve the weight which you last tried like +2-3 kilograms. By the way, keep the full range of motion during lift.
@@root8009 awesome. Thanks for your answer. Slowly increase weight with the time under tension. I lift 4 days a week using an upper lower split. I'm going to add a forearm exercise at the end of every workout and do a full forearm routine on my usual rest day to specialize.
@@lawdog369 Your welcome; but dont overwork unless finish muscle repair that runs 1-2 day(s) by body. You should rest 2 days for after leg or back muscles, 1 day for other muscles but forearms doesnt need to rest but if you hard your forearms; i suggest to you rest for 1 day for also every forearm exercises. Also, drink lots of water especially before 20-30 mins of exercises; but be carefull about lt so dont over 1 or 2 lt's before exercises. Daily, i think you can come to 4-5 lts but you should see a doctor for best point.
Just do better then you did last time. Literally all you need to remember. So write down what you do and do your best to beat your numbers the next time.
