Most common example I find is just look at peoples calves in the street, you could find a lot of people with massive calves that have never ever done any kind of physical activity, yet some other people train them a lot for minimal improvement.

Hey! Take larger weights and curle them in your fingers tips with your wrist and fore arms.. i'm sure you've done it... I used to twist weights like that.. love burn outs.
