Hey ..I'm a braider ..I been doing for about 15 years...I wasn't gon deal wit faux or butterfly locs but this is the easiest method...Thk u for sharing...u taught me sum!!!!

I like this method. This is the method we used in Africa years ago to make locs. Now with modern products like crotchet , crotchet are more popular. But I still go with this our old school method.

Hot water won't work on this style because of the type of hair used. Same way hot water makes no effect on Afro Kinky hair extensions. The trick here us to knot it well .

if you want it longer then yes you can continue to wrap but to secure it you must wrap back up

This hair and the 10 inch passion twist hair. Are both of these synthetic hair or real hair? If they are synthetic hair do they smell? Years and years ago I had box braids I don’t remember the inches but they were very long and it was synthetic hair. The smell was so loud and so bad I took them out the next day because I couldn’t stand the smell.
