I like the not so shiny look with locs. It definitely gives them the more natural look. That loop was hella small, it’s good the loop was able to be stretched! They are bomb and super full! The length is everything.

It took me 13 videos to find this method 🙏🏽 I didn't want the crochet. I didn't want the wrap. All I wanted was the pull-through method with the induvidual boxes and you served it. Thank you, Sis!

I will just do this for that one back row of my hair. Then the front I’ll do the box part/french braid. I’m going to just combine the two methods so when I wear my hair in a ponytail it’ll look more natural

Ikr!!? I'm torn but I can actually say the shiny ones look more natural. The nice things is with you can use coconut oil and when you don't want the shine just wash it out? That's what I'm going to try if I get them
You do it so effortlessly. I’m having a issue pulling the braid through the loc without the braid being seen any tips? Because I can’t see a inch of her braid at all and that’s what I want

Flawless work... question. I have these by freetress and after three days the top of the loc started showing my braid.and my hair started coming through the middle of the loc, and my scalp started burning?
Omg these crochet lox are beautiful apart from the stupid tiny hole that they are expecting you to pull 24” of butterfly lox thro?!!!!! I bet it took a good 15-20 minutes prepin the lox just to get the faux lox thro it!. Apart from that the end result is absolutely BOMB 💣.

The shine is temporary! It will def fade and start to look more natural as the days go by (fyi for anyone now)

Could it be your hook? Maybe use two hooks, large and small. Make a path through the loc with the large and do the work with small? Maybe?
