What I love about Italian food, and Mike touched on it, is the simplicity. The best carbonara I've ever had was in Siena; it was so simple but tasted like no carbonara I've had before.
When they bring you cup of cherries like this.

Italian cuisine is celebrated worldwide for a reason, and you remind us why in this video, Mike! That meat platter looked amazing, and all that pasta looked heavenly. Fried veg is never a bad thing, either. This all looked so good, as usual!

Just wanted to say, every year my city has a 4 day Rib Fest that you should come to one year Mikey! It's in Michigan and called Labadie Rib Fest. Although it's small compared to other states, the food is definitely worth it!

I feel like the reason why Eataly wasn't busy is because exactly the reason why Anthony Bourdain wouldn't go to a place like that. It's a tourist trap in the middle of a country where so much good food exists outside of all the tourist traps.
Prob why they offered vouchers to try and get some customers to come. It's unfortunate coz the place looks beautiful. Such a waste.
