I hope Mickey has more tapes of his food travels in Europe…I’ve decided to take the family to Paris, Rome, & Milan In July & try to go some of the places that Mickey ate at😄…first real vacation in 5 years.
Look up Pasta Grammar on YT for some suggestions, they travelled to Rome and I think Milan recently

I think they were still in semi COVID mode with their offerings the last time you flew with them. Interesting way to fly to Singapore. I don’t think I would ever fly more than a one stop flight to go anywhere

Ps: Mike, there is alooooot of food you gotta try. Not sure what should I intro.. But you can try the Golden Shoe food complex.. I can't remember what they changed their name to but its in Raffles Place near the OCBC building.
But remember to go at before lunch hour during the weekdays.
There is alot of good food there.. But what I recommend is the Char Siew and roasted pork rice with the Chinese sausage. The chicken rice from that shop is very very good too. (I think 2nd level.. Or was it 3rd? Hmm can't remember)

Omg I dont eat fried, or animals at all, but i can hear the crunch on that tempura and I recognize that's impressive!
Couple things:
1. I like how he called them almonds first, then in the next dish, he knew they were cashews (or did I miss the almonds in the first dish? 😂)
2. I think I cracked the secret of why he can eat sooo much, and still look this good: he said something like "Singapore's one of the best food places on *this* planet." So, he's clearly not from around here! 😜
Hopefully you will be able to go to Manado, Indonesia. If you can try their avacado/chocolate drink. Sweet and delicious
