You're a genius. I tried to rebuild a 79cc Honda engine similar to this engine (since the Chinese ATV engine is a Honda clone) in 1992 when I was 13 yrs old. I had a Honda manual, but working on this engine was a real PITA. I can appreciate how difficult all the steps are. Putting the sprocket on the chain brings back bad memories. Cheers!

Thanks for the sub, I am glad you enjoy the content! The boys are more riders then workers but every once in a while I can catch them in the wrenching mood!
I just bought a 125cc Tforce with less then 20 hours in great shape.came with new harness multiple parts(cdi, voltage regulator, switches, ignitions ,stators .everything! For 50 bucks.Rebuilt the wiring harness and it runs like dream
I do the same thing , been doing this for 5 1/2 years now! Works well buying and reselling! But recently I have acquired the same exact arc you have on the table! I cannot get a spark , this is my first wall that I’ve ran into!! Also to save on tires; get yourself a chunk of asfault and mix it with one cup of gasoline + paint brush stir until a liquid substance has formed ! And you kno what to do next lol!
Nice man! It's a real fun hobby for sure, and one that my kids love! Good luck on the spark issue, its usually something simple like replacing the CDI or a bad ground.
@@kishaunrichardson641 No, the valves have no impact on spark. These all have CDI boxes so spark is controlled electrically. Not mechanically with points.
20 bucks an hour isn't going to make you rich, but it's not chicken feed either. Lot's of folks out there working for 10 bucks an hour. A hobby that pays for itself plus a bit is awesome.
Imma big fan of ur channel bruh..Like always awesome work man..My two boys got the same Tao Tao atv’s and they’re holding up pretty good thanks to ur videos...Keep the great content coming 🦾🦾🦾🔥🔥🔥
You bet man! The next big project as you saw is coming soon, but I will do my best to put in these "how to" style teaching videos if this one goes well. I think it helps diversify the channel and keesp more content rolling!
@@Builditathome-Restoration I'm still trying to figure it all out myself but here are a few things I can recommend: 1) Study other TH-cam channels that are successful. Video titles, thumbnails, and how they edit. 2) Make quality videos over quantity. When you're famous you can post anything and people will watch. When you're trying to grow and you pair a good video with a bad one then your subscribers will loose interest. 3) Be engaged with your viewers. Respond to every single comment! Hope that helps!
That was a great vid. I'm learning about the tao tao I bought and it's fun to see how they relate to my years of automotive and military wrenching. The big takeaway here is how you are teaching your son knowledge that will carry him down the road whether he chooses mechanics or not. Problem solving has to be encouraged and developed over a long time to train the mind to be efficient at it...or in some cases it comes fairly natural. Subbed.
Look me up and tell me what you think. I’m starting to work on ATvs myself. Did a custom wrap on my Bayou turned out pretty good. Like you said not a full time job just a hobby. Now I have 2 small ones a 110 and a 90 . One starts the other has spark, but doesn’t turn over maybe a timing issue .

First time watching you. thank you for all the tips and information.
First and foremost passing knowledge to your son priceless 👌.
Wish I would of discovered your channel years back I've passed on alot of deals.. now I've fixed a few thanks to your videos. Just like you I use profits only my paycheck goes to the house profit goes to builds. I might go pick one up after work 110cc looks complete
Yeah wife doesn't like my new hobby..
Glad the channel has helped! It's a hobby that pays for itself, so my wife stopped asking questions about it along time ago! Good luck on your future project, let me know if you have any questions or need any help!
I can’t wait until the xr70 video! I restored one for my son a few months ago and it was a blast!
That is awesome! I got to work on it yesterday, should have Part 1 out next week!
I just saw your video for the first time. I like your style. Thanks (subscribed )
Awesome, thank you!
Love the channel and yes I own 2 125 coolsters and now lol I’m a pro at fixing them
Hey thanks, that's awesome! In my opinion the 125's are the best!
Absolutely love this one, BJ! I also appreciate the all in one video.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks man! If this video goes over well I will try and break up the restorations with videos like this because I do them so often. As always, thanks for watching!
Good info. Great channel new subscriber. I like how you included your son and teach him also. Something I look forward to with my 3 yr old
Thanks for the sub, I am glad you enjoy the content! The boys are more riders then workers but every once in a while I can catch them in the wrenching mood!
A month ago I bought a 2019 cheetah by tao at an auction for $50 didnt run but its running now
That's a steal! Auction prices around my area are crazy, people are paying retail for everything!
That’s cool , the Chinese bikes need a little fine tuning but they aren’t half bad anymore
I just bought a 125cc Tforce with less then 20 hours in great shape.came with new harness multiple parts(cdi, voltage regulator, switches, ignitions ,stators .everything! For 50 bucks.Rebuilt the wiring harness and it runs like dream
@@deborahchesser7375 mine runs like an absolute CHAMP and it was 50$
Great video👍
I have a China quad that doesn't work but I didn't think about the brake switch
I'll try tomorrow thank you
Thanks Luis! Let me know if you run into any trouble. I'm always happy to help!
I appreciate your video worth pure gold . Total respect earn plus you guys got yourselves a new subscriber 😊
Thanks for the reply, also could it be the valves the is causing a no spark?
@@kishaunrichardson641 No, the valves have no impact on spark. These all have CDI boxes so spark is controlled electrically. Not mechanically with points.
Ok thank you!
I’m working on it now!
OUT OF ALL THE VIDS YOU EXPLAIN EVERYTHING SO CLEAR AMAZING DEFF FOLOW DEFF SUBSCRIBED CONTINUE TO GIVE US TOOLS TO WORK WITH THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏
Man your good! I hope I can get mine going..I'm a girl. Love this stuff!👍 I payed 15bucks for one the other day. Great job!👊
Thank you for taking your time and doing these very enjoyable videos man!
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching!
Thanks man if i end up buying another quad that's needs the top end I'll definitely look at this for help and ask you
Man, crazy timing you just sold yours! No worries there is always going to be another deal!
20 bucks an hour isn't going to make you rich, but it's not chicken feed either. Lot's of folks out there working for 10 bucks an hour. A hobby that pays for itself plus a bit is awesome.
Exactly man! Anytime a hobby can pay for itself is a good deal!
This video is awesome I picked up the same atv for free we are in the process of getting it going for our son
Thanks! Good luck on your project!
I use diesel to lubricate the hone and tight the cylinder head with hand torque love your videos!

Thank you! That’s Konrad he’s the next TH-cam star, also asking to ride for the videos!
Awesome!! Your the best. Keep it up. Thanks.
Thanks man, will do!
Wow! I wish you lived by me in MD. I replaced the carb of my son's Tao Tao 125. It cranks but still won't start. I am going to check those safeties.
Thank you for a build in one video. I know it’s not one of your all out builds but they take to long
You bet man! The next big project as you saw is coming soon, but I will do my best to put in these "how to" style teaching videos if this one goes well. I think it helps diversify the channel and keesp more content rolling!
Great job and a great video I'm looking forward for the next one 👍💯👌
Thank you!
@@PraskaBoysGarage I've be doing the same thing and last 2 days ago I sold a bayou 220 for 500 the only thing that I need to learn is to do too ends..
Top video great channel .hi from Ireland
My family is from Ireland now we are in the Bay Area in California ☘️👍🏻
Awesome i do the same thing!!! Doing buildseries on a honda xr400 and a 125cc pitbike.
Very cool!
@@PraskaBoysGarage do you have some tips to grow a channel?
@@Builditathome-Restoration I'm still trying to figure it all out myself but here are a few things I can recommend: 1) Study other TH-cam channels that are successful. Video titles, thumbnails, and how they edit. 2) Make quality videos over quantity. When you're famous you can post anything and people will watch. When you're trying to grow and you pair a good video with a bad one then your subscribers will loose interest. 3) Be engaged with your viewers. Respond to every single comment! Hope that helps!
@@PraskaBoysGarage thanks!!!
Nice work, well explained.
Thank you very much!
