I am a Dutchman but I see that China is ahead of the US and EU. But in our media you rarely seen this. When I look at Chinese cities the infrastructure trains metro and high rise I see a country who is more developed then ours. Really incredible that China did this in fourty years. I can understand that Chinese people are proud of their country and achievements. It is also clear that the US is afraid of their hegenomy and wants to rule the world under the assumption that they bring democracy and prosperity. But mostly they did this out of self interest. They want the dollar to stay as a world currency and they also have hundreds of military bases around the world. When China builds one the whole world should be afraid if they buy into harbours because the belt and road Initiative is important to China they claim this as a way to trap other countries into a debt trap. So blaming others of something they did for decades. I see the hypocrisie of the West. And making people afraid of communism while China is also partly a capitalist country is a political game. I wish they work together instead of using false rhetoric to see China as an enemy. We all saw the results in the WW two.
I will say this much the moment these cars are allowed overseas. It’s really going to put pressure on the rest of the auto makers because these cars are just gorgeous

Its all about who worked on its and what patents they bought. They didnt start from zero. Chris Bangle was involved and everyone knows this name in the industry. They had designer from BMW as chief and car is loaded with western parts, not Xiaomi home made.

My favorite EV so far, looks absolutely stunning from every angle. I've seen it on open roads and it looks impressive. Just a bit scared about airbags, brakes and seats in an emergency situation as the latest crash record shows. Time will tell.
