    Warm up stretches: 🔥🔥
    Each 10 nos
    1. Neck
    - Look side, up down, tilt neck, rotate
    2. Shoulder - slow arm circle, full arm circle, hand front rise,
    3. Chest - hand cross up down alternative
    4. Hip - hip twist, side bend, hip rotation
    5. Butt and harmstring - wind mill
    6. Abs, spine - f/w and b/w bend
    7. Knee rotation
    8. Front thigh - squats
    9. Back thigh harmstring- leg raise ( with hand toe touch )
    10. Calves - calve raise
    11. Ankle and toe - small straight jump
