This is incredibly useful!! Just full of pearls. Thank you SO much for taking the time to make a video like this+ share it. I appreciate it very much ☀️
I've also seen that Flisat table turned into a functional running water sink setup, for families that already have it and don't want/have the space for a kitchen or learning tower! I've been meaning to head to Ikea in person to peruse but was overwhelmed by all the things I knew I could find 😅 This is actually a really helpful way to break it down-focus on just ONE area!
I have a small home and a VERY small kitchen. So, will be keeping things to the minimum but I still really enjoyed the ideas and the shoe rack recommendation! 😊
I don’t remember what it is called, but IKEA has a great little battery-operated push light that’s completely child-friendly. I bought it for my son when he was still in the early stages of crawling and he quickly figured out how to turn it on and off by himself.
Hi I'm from Sri Lanka. I have almost 2.5 year toddler. I'm so passionate about montessori at home and I watch every single video that you post. One suggestion can u please do a video on the toddler activities from ages 2.5 and above.
I used to REALLY enjoy y'all sharing books you had gotten at the library and recommended. Maybe a fall theme one or anything new you have found? I have a 3 year old book fanatic 😀
Are you going to do a school, nursery, general update on your girls or are you stopping mentioning them completely on TH-cam? Missing hearing about them ! I bet they're growing up so fast! Hope they're thriving at school - I bet they are!
I am not planning to include anything about the girls' private lives in my videos going forward. But I am happy to report that they are both loving school! :) Thanks for asking!
@@HapaFamily ah brilliant to hear ♡ I'm sure we are all so glad :) the people who have been watching since Mia was a bump/ baby feel very Invested in their lives as we feel we've watched them grow up so much and school was the next big mile stone but also have no rights to Information about their personal lives so thank you for your comment letting us know :) the interest comes from a place of love ! ♡
we really love to watch this series. However, we couldn't find some products from your videos. I guess some are location-specific finds. Anyway, we still enjoyed watching them.
Ikea is still catching up with their stock. We live near one that used to always stock everything, but after 2019, even the basics that were always available, were out. So we had to check stores in nearby states to find them. I know a lot of child related items like the kitchen, sensory table, etc have been hard to come by still. They offer a pretty reliable "let me know when it's available" system or you can call them and the reps usually know when the next shipment is scheduled to come.
SAME here! But that's ok! My toddler still get to do a lot of practical life without those stations! A learning tower is a great investment to bring them to our level. Why use the station when they can be at the real station 😉
That's okay! :) Montessori can work in ANY size space--it's mostly just about finding a way to make it possible for your child to have greater opportunities for independence and to engage in practical life activities alongside you... and whatever that may look like for your own family will work!
@@dawnforlife true. Only I don't have space for the learning tower I want to build from our Ikea stool (a hack once read). The stool fits under the dining table. The learning tower won't. Still thinking about how to solve this... Maybe when the play pen is gone ;)
@@marie-louiseweerheim4224 I had planned to use a folding table like ones you use to hold a laptop on your lap as a makeshift weaning table/practical life station when we had a small kitchen in our apartment. That way it could fold and slide away when not in use, but also provide a child height station for whatever was needed at that time.
@@dawnforlife my mum actually got my toddler a learning tower for her first birthday! I'm hoping that since she just got steady on her feet this week that we can start using it ❤️
What a great idea to take us through IKEA and give us your recommendations for possible use of their affordable items. Thx.
I love all your recommendations. I miss seeing your daughters doing activities. I’ve learned so much from you and your daughters.

Thanks so much for this video! So helpful! Definitely need to plan a trip to ikea now!

I loved this and can’t wait for the next ones! We have an IKEA near our house and it’s so helpful 😊
I’m really enjoying these recent videos in the stores! Very helpful!! 💕
9:51 I actually have that step up stool as a very short adult. 10/10 would recommend. It is cheap, durable and can handle quite some weight.
Your videos are fantastic, quick, and thorough! Great job!
Yay!! Always look forward to these videos 😄 Just had my first baby girl, 8 months, and always looking for affordable deals for Montessori 💛
Great one! Thank you ❤️
Boy I sure wish I was close to an Ikea store looks like they got a lot of nice accessories.
Ikea open simultaneously in browser and stashing on my next list 🤗 thank you

My 6 year old uses it as a night light! It’s great, because it turns off by itself after 15min.
This series came at the best time! 💖💖💖

That's interesting, I didn't know there were location-specific items. I guess you learn something new every day! 😆
