Hi Doc, thank you for posting these lovely videos and i would like to ask about something:
i am 35 yo/110 kg 16% body fat, i would like to use some steroids to make some gains, i decided to use only 500 mg testosterone enanthate/week for 10 weeks.
i am very concern about Gyno side effects and i dont want to use Arimidex.
Question is, since the Masteron is anti-estrogen drug, do u suggest to add some Masteron with testosterone in order to avoid the gyno side effect as well as increase the anabolic.
what about to use zinc or natural extracts flavonoids as anti aromatase such as (DIM,flavone and chrysin) instead of arimidex ?

The distended guts is due to a lack in abdominal training. Serge Nubret, Lee Priest and Dorian Yates did not have distended guts and had muscular abdominal muscles. The modern bodybuilders have very flat abdominals. The 3D abdominals are gone and now the abdominal wall cannot contain the inflamed guts from overeating.

I don't know where I can send a question so I am writing it here hope that doc will see it . First of all thank you for the videos they are really helpful. I want to ask you about gynecomastia. Well suddenly I had it as I remember myself I think it's pubertal which didn't went away(I am 23 now) ... It's ruining my life my psychology is at the bottom...I tried alot of things like phospatodilicholine (or something like that cause i thought it was just fat at the beginning which make it worse) ice (to achieve somehow cryolipolisis ) and Anastrozole 0.5 ed for 8 days which seemed to help cause it melt it it became soft watery but I stopped it cause I felt my heart itching and couldn't sleep for days... even went to a hospital... I am afraid to use serm like tamoxifen because except it's antiestrogen effect on breast its acting like estrogen and it's causing growth plate death and my body still developing especially clavicles sternum (becoming wider)... Should I try zinc ? I know surgery can fix the problem but it isn't an option for me :/ Isn't there anything like serm which will block estrogen to go to breast but without acting like estrogen in the rest of the body? And with minimal side effects? Thanks!
surgery is your only solution, you can't use chemicals to remove gland growth
