- Once again, I’m alive, been a while since I did this kinda video. With the new Fire Emblem game out, I wanted to do so once more, since these are the main videos people know me for nowadays.
For this series I skipped one of the Alear forms to avoid showing the same, or similar convo twice. Due to the fact the supports seem to be the same for both Alears, I’m not going to film fem Alear.
Because this is a more traditional FE game, we have three supports per unit. We also have the equivalent of an S support but only for Alear and the other units. I filmed the S Pact Ring supports in advance so Alear’s will come last.

Fun fact: According to Alcryst's VA, that wasn't part of the script, but just something he thought up on the spot. He also said the directors were laughing so hard they had to mute themselves.
Did he said it on twitter? or maybe an interview? Something I miss about 3H is that VA were really active on social media interacting with fans and their characters, I haven't heard much of Engage's cast sadly :(

I see people comparing him to Bernadetta but I'm thinking more Marianne. Bernadetta is anxious but will consider hurling someone in a fire if needed. Marianne wouldn't hurt anyone unless it's battle and to help her friends.

I think somehow how I kinda see Bernie in it was him using metaphors in his conversation with Fogado like what Bernadetta does when talking to people. Telling Fogado his smile is so radiant that he feels like he will crumble into ashes. Bernie told Felix his icy glare froze her complexion.

By far my favorite male fire emblem character! He’s so sweet and wholesome! Definitely S-supporting! I found his character to be SO well written! I also can’t help but love that him and Alears color schemes match! Can’t wait to have those two together :)
I agree, sadly people are knocking on the story of engage but I think paying attention to all the little supports is important as it gives insight in to world and these colorful characters such as Alcryst. He is someone who doesn’t believe in himself but he comforts so many of those around him.

I would like to defend Alcryst over his A support with his brother... The significant age gap may have played a role.
According to the files, Diamant is 25, Alcryst is 17. Meaning they're around 8 years apart.
Now, imagine having 8 years of training over your brother and he still manages to get dangerously close to your level of skill.

@@ilu-icey I believe that Diamant is canonly stronger than lvl.11 as Alcryst views him as invincible, and Alcryst is good at seeing others attributes but not his own(also characters like Etie are very strong but start at like lvl. 4). However in the game I also believe Alcryst is better.
