Great review! After 5 years with my scout bobber I upgraded my rear shocks, added the 10 inch mini apes from the rogue/twenty, and the syndicate 2 up seat. Ridiculously more comfortable now and no longer feel like im sliding off during acceleration, wish i did those mods a lot sooner lol. Overall i agree with everything you mentioned, its a great bike.
I have a '23 Bobber 20. Definitely one of my most favorite bikes I've owned. I love the mini-apes and the upright riding position. I also love the laced wheels. The only Scout with laced wheels other than the classic Scout. My very first upgrade was Fox shocks for the rear. They added another inch of travel, and with the comfort + seat I got from the dealer for free, I can ride all day without soreness. I added a fly screen with really helped with the buffeting. A sissy bar from Dean Speed and an Indian solo rack. Ends Cuoio Seminole bags on both sides. Finally a heel shifter that I couldn't do without. Next up I"m saving for a Stage One tune. I've made a lot of weekend trips, and had more fun that should be legal. The new Scouts are slick, but I wouldn't trade one for my Bobber 20.
The scout bobber 20s are the best. I just bought some Indian piggy back shocks for it, excited for them to come in. I also have the comfort seat so that should help. Ride safe!
I got my Scout Bobber back in September 2023 as my first bike (so restricted, French regulation for riders with a less than 2 years of license) and I can't wait to have it fully unleashed ^^ I might be a bit too tall for my straight handlebar but I might get some ape hanger in the future Have fun !
I've also got the mini boards, but I've also put in the stage 1 performance air intake, and it sounds so mean when it starts pulling at higher rpms. And you can definitely feel the, albeit small, power increase when accelerating.
I owned a 2019 Scout, fitted Vance & Hines exhaust's, changed the seat to a black seat and a half, forward controls, beach bars loved the ride and it had plenty of power for the category of bike. Now I have a Roadmaster Darkhorse 2020 and fin the ride is very similar. For a large bike the way you can control the bike round corners etc is amazing. The Indian Motorcycle range is very impressive but I feel Polaris are holding themselves back by the lack of dealers. Also where they do not have a main dealer in an area why have they not got licenced garages that can carry out servicing and warranty work. Less cover for the customer, Love my Indian Motorcycle Polaris not so much.
immediately made my Triumph Bobber feel clunky and sluggish, awkward. and i love my Bobber. took me about a mile to get used to it on a trial run. it wasn’t anything like i’d imagined it to be. i have a year left on my Bobber. this bike is top of my list.
Great bike man. Can you share a link for the seat? You mentioned it’s the Indian Solo Seat but looks very different from the sport solo seat they offer, which isn’t lifted off the frame like yours. Much prefer the look of yours. Trying to decide between the Scout Bob and Triumph Bob and your videos have been really helpful.
Great videos, thank you so much. I recently got my endorsement and am looking to get my very first bike, I’m about 5’6” 130lbs. I’m looking at both the Nightster and the Scout Bobber as my first bike. Which one do you recommend?
I’m biased towards the scout bobber, but here are some things to think about. The nightster weighs about 70 lbs less than the scout bobber so it’ll be easier to maneuver but may feel a little less stable on highway. Both the nightster and the scout bobber produce good amount of power for a new rider, the nightster has ride modes so you can progress as you feel more comfortable. But to me the scout bobber looks and sounds awesome, especially the previous gen models. It’s a tough choice but I don’t think you can go wrong with either. Personally I’d go with the scout bobber as it’s a more “proven commodity”.
I got the indian comfort seat. Its really good for the price 250 us a lot but almost half of a corbin or similar. I don't feel like im sliding off the seat and soo soft. Im really happy wont have to do rear shocks for a year or more.
Can confirm. The comfort seat makes a big difference. And I think it looks great. It should be the stock seat :-). Coming up on my 1-yr anniversary with my '23 Scout Bobber and the honeymoon is still going strong.

The scout bobber and scout rogue are the best looking bobber bar hopper bikes I have ever seen in my life.
💯💯

Beautiful 🖤
I changed mine to a rounder tire for easier lean
I’ll probably do the same!

I’m looking to do a stage 1 as well. Should be fun, the power is already impressive stock!

@@DexterDexter123 the triumph is a good bobber too. Very smooth and refined. The Indian scout bobber just feels raw and powerful
the dropped speedo' is the sickest mod sportster dudes ever did
One of my favorite mods on a sporty

@@CMHGonzalez thanks. I’m actually selling the seat if you’re interested but it’s a “1920 scout solo saddle seat”.
cruising at 80mph feels like hard work for the engine. I have 2019
I noticed that too, but I just push it anyway and it hasn’t given me issues yet lol
Corbin has '1920 solo' style seats. bolt right on to the mount.
Beautiful choice for a first Indian. They're way nicer bikes than the competitor.
Thanks, and I agree!

@@IronBornRider thanks so much, your opinion means alot to me, thanks brother I will go for the scout bobber!
Do you rock earplugs with those slip ons? My slip ons are SO loud, I'm starting to regret them.
I wear earplugs all the time regardless of the motorcycle just because I have hearing loss, but even with them on the scout bobber is incredibly loud.
After 8 months, I mostly need new header pipes, cuz I'm grinding into them when I lean the bike...
I hear that’s common lol

Does the Indian have the clunk noise like Harley-Davidson when shifting?
No it doesn’t
Adoro questa moto👍
Thank you!
