The whole "You MADE me cheat" excuse is just pure narcissism. They're NEVER in the wrong even when clearly busted.
Yeah, literally never give second chances to cheaters they are narcissistic or aholes that never respected you and will cheat again.

She accused me of using too much toilet paper and disorganizing the magazines that are beside the toilet in a plastic shelf type thing. She barged in as I was going to wash my hands but she took the handsoap dispenser and threw it at me hard. It broke upon impact so it looked like I had C U /\/\ all over my shirt. I ended it right then and refused to take her back. Her excuse was that she was on her period. Mood swings or not, I don’t tolerate abuse.
Periods shouldn't cause abuse. Maybe an occasional bitchy tone but that's it
Nowadays, because people are getting more and more familiar with mental/personality disorders (and are advised to get the holy heck away from them and people under their influence), these freaks are now just coming clean, because they can't hide the crazy to save their lives. Basically saying, yes, they have "chemical" issues, but we must accept their conditions. We must forgive them, and we must LEARN to deal with them and to stop being "cowards" and that humanity is meant to help each other, that humanity "isn't perfect", and neither are you. Who are you to judge them, there are two sides to every story (insert more word salad here). Besides, mental health and diagnosis DoEsN't ExIsT.

The monsters know when and how to wear the mask until it's too late and some are crazy and downright dangerous with connections and networking. They and their apologists KNOW what they're doing. They are extremely shady and their abuser-based minds do NOT work like the rest of ours. They know exactly who to zone in and prey on and who to leave alone, and these are usually the too trusting, the people who don't know what abuser red flags look like, naïve people, followers, those who may have unhealed trauma from an abusive household they grew up in, or are uneducated or not too bright. (Most abusers love the non-too bright so they can treat them like "children" and feel superior). Everyone needs to be educated from grade school on how to recognize one of these things so you don't get caught up with them in the first place. The more depraved ones just said "eff it" and do the whole human trafficking thing, whole hog. Oh, and guess what? These same freaks will even say human trafficking is "false" or "the fake news" and if it "is" real, then the victims somehow "deserved" it. Sound familiar? They're all the same though and will have the nerve to blame their actual victims, and the people they isolate, set up, or trick/trap, and this includes the individuals unfortunate enough to be born to them or related to them in any way. They will also make light and make fun of actual victims in *any* circumstance/story/history as well and will genuinely be annoyed at any victim stating their situation, or even trying to escape it and overcoming it because "they picked/deserved their abuser, so their lot in life is sealed." To abusers, any victim stating their situation seriously irks them for some reason. Everyone has their "place and lot" in life and if you are a victim, you have no right to say so, mention any one else's abuse, escape your predicament, or say it's wrong. I study these freaks, and they all think and reason the same, and have even told me themselves once they thought I was "one of them." It's just how the mind of an abuser works, and as I said before they have not, will not, nor will *ever* reason, or think like normal people. So they are best left avoided lest you find yourself in the nightmare "you chose" and need to "take accountability for." The day all these kinds of people can be sent to an island to tear each other apart would be too soon. The world would certainly be better for it.
This claim is an obvious and complete falsehood. The person should be ashamed that they tried to manipulate you with such an obviously focus story. Non men generally don't take responsibility, and they always want to be the victim.
Left way too late, she was seeing another guy behind my back. 17 years and two kids. Wasn't allowed to touch her for 4 months prior (in hindsight, first red flag), she became narcissistic, not to mention the emotional, sexual, mental, psychological, and financial abuse should have also been a red flag. I'm so exhausted. But time to move on.

Yeah well it's not really funny if you are the one in that situation where everytime you even glance at another person, even someone as ridiculous as an old man then it must mean you want to screw them. A stranger happens to be polite to you in his view you must be screwing him. In walmart one day walking together and suddenly remember something we need that we had already passed so I made an abrupt turn about and started walking back toward it. He catches me at the end of the aisle and swears I did it because I must be effing one of the guys that had come around the corner just as I turned around (guys I never even saw)and that's why I turned around because I didn't want to run into them. My boss was an older guy and a happily married attorney and occasionally he would call after hours (maybe once in 6 months) to clarify or locate something...must be screwing him. I couldn't even mention anything positive about him while in conversation....or any other male. One night while he was at work (before cell phones were common) someone knocked on my door and we lived on a dirt road in a rural area. Some guy and his wife had gotten their truck stuck when they ran into a ditch near my house. They asked to use my phone to get help. I took the phone out the door to them. When he got home later that night he woke me from a dead sleep accusing me of screwing some guy because he saw his footprints where he had walked up to my door.
Finally put that boss of mine to good use by hiring him to file my divorce...then had to deal with stalking and physical abuse and threats to kill me and my son for the next 18 months. Turns out part of the reason he was always accusing me (even though I never would have had the time to be with someone else with a one year old and a full time job and was home if I wasn't at work) was because HE was the one constantly screwing someone else!!
So no its not funny at all.

My ex threatened to start cutting herself again and "really do a good job this time. " I said, go right ahead. Don't use the stupid little blunt knives you've used in the past. Use one of these blades. I got a wickedly sharp industrial box cutter blade out of my tools and gave it to her. I then said, go for it. You want to cut yourself to teach me a lesson then do it right here, right now. This blade will almost take your hand off with one swipe. You want to cut yourself....DO IT!!!!! She dropped the blade and ran off. She never threatened to do stupid shit like that again.
Days later, she said that I was the only person that had challenged her like that. I didn't give her pity or back down and it took her by surprise. She was also shocked at how sharp the blade was.
As in I never got how people would feel guilty. Like the bloods on your own hands what my business lol

I used to work in a spa and it took time for my hands to get strong enough to go all day. Used to get terrible migraines though, all from tension in my hands and it would develop its way up my arms and shoulders. Thumb muscles like rocks and it was excruciating for anyone to touch them.

you needed to massage your own hands or have someone do it for you between massages till you developed your hands for the job. i used to give hubby massages as his job as an automechanic did a number on him. i don't do it anymore because he died and that would just be icky.

This random girl I was dating about 10 years ago said she was pregnant. She tried to manipulate me into taking responsibility for the child. It wasn't mine because I had never slept with her. Her mother came pounding on my front door and called me every rude insult she knew. When she eventually shut up because of exhaustion I made her a bet that if it was mine then I would give her my car. The still very exhausted and red-faced woman smirked and walked of laughing and said "We have a deal". That laughter turned to months of apologies after her daughter finally told her the truth. I did however do a DNA-test to ptove it properly. One day there was a gift box from them at my door with an apology letter. All of it quickly ended up in the trash when the letter said that they would love to have me joining their family anyway.

If someone threatens to kill themselves, and says it will be your fault if they do, never accept any blame for it. They will be the one doing it due to their instability, and most likely they won't do it, as it is just a narcissistic, manipulative attempt to control how you behave.
I have several stories about my ex...like the time he pissed in a running washing machine full of someone else’s clothes (it was a college dorm laundry room), or another time when he peed in the dorm’s elevator, or the time he pretended to be in a car accident to get sympathy, or the time he claimed to have some made up disease, or when he said had superpowers and the government had been trying to kidnap him and experiment on him, or when he screamed at me in a Wal-Mart when I refused to buy this hideous lacey black bra he wanted me to have, or when he threatened suicide when I broke up with him, and then I learned he’d raped a friend of mine and blackmailed her into silence. I’m so glad I got rid of that fucking psycho.

I know how this sounds, but after dealing with my mother that had BPD who had similar episodes, I won't have anyone with that disorder too close to me again. Unfortunately she accidentally completed suicide.
Im so sorry to hear that. I have BPD. I have been married for 20 years and we've never had a fight. I have beard of a lot of people with BPD act the same way. I dont blame you about staying far away. I have read some messed up stuff about BPD symptoms. Scary stuff

My ex cheated with my best friend because 'I was bad to be around' and that 'I made him do it'. This hurt me, and word soon got around to my best friend, the one who he cheated with. She blew up at him and now hates him. Me and my best friend are still friends, I just got word that she doesn't have cancer and that she is coming home. (She went to the hospital a couple of weeks ago, severely sick. They feared that she had leukemia, but her bone marrow biopsy came back clear. She has lupus and treatment has worked very well, so now she is coming back home. We plan to have a sleep over soon.) We have been friends since kindergarden and we plan to stay life long friends.
