    Sir, I have lost 17 kgs with 3000 steps daily and some dietary modifications. You are absolutely right, it differs individually.

    Thank you.. this was required. My all friends crazy about these 10k steps... I'm happy I'm able to 7500 3-4 times in a week 👍

    You are BEST at 70 I walk 5 to miles and yoga twice a week hope I keep it up

    Yes. I tell my patients. Advise is 30 min a day, 5 times a wk moderate pace walk. But truely speaking for my self, only thing which worked is about 10,000 steps daily. So, I am walking to and from work in Aus.

    I love going for morning walk. I walk for half an hour. I enjoy it but never count the steps.

    I am 60 ad I can walk 2450steps max.i have lower back pain ad advanced stage of osteo arthritis.Dr. Nane please suggest me what I must do as for excercise.i am blessed son to have u in india.May God bless u long long life.u r doing wonderful work.
