Are you plugging it into the back of ps5?
When you plug it into the ps5, is it on and does it say anything? let me know

its not canceling background noise do u know why?

Make sure you are in cardioid mode, it kinda looks like a heart. Then make sure to be in front of the mic. Speak loudly, not to loud otherwise it will sound muffled. From time to time my mic will pick up other noise from the sides or back, if I’m not talking and there’s noise from a different area.

@dubillgaming yes also am putting gain to the lowest but still its picking every little sound some people says its because ps5 not programmed to noise canceling
