With the 3.0 and 3.6 I believe two gallons of the 50/50 premix DexCool will be enough to fill the system.

I don't think Radiator Drain Lines came stock on 3.8L Lacrosses 2009 or prior.

You need to know how much water is left in the engine block after the petcock fully drains otherwise your coolant ratio will be wrong. In my camry 1/2 of the system capacity is stuck in the engine after the radiator is fully drained. After I have flushed several times and have pure water in the system I add %100 pure coolant to the radiator. When it mixes with the water stuck in the engine it ends up exactly %50 /50. In this video you add a 50/50 mix when done. If there is any water stuck in the engine the ratio will be wrong. Unless you can answer how much water remains in the engine AFTER you drain the radiator you will not get the ratio right.

🤦🏻 Buena suerte.

With the 2009 unless you have the 3.6 or the 5.3 you're probably going to have better results looking up the Grand Prix or the older Regal/Century with the 3.8L V6, as it's the same engine more or less.
