- For more information or to purchase the iFEED Automatic Horse Feeder go to our website at: www.barnpros.com
The iFEED system was developed based on the simple concept of adapting how horses are fed in the barn to how horses graze in pasture. Horses are grazing animals with stomachs designed to handle a slow feed intake, the iFEED system allows you to design the feeding times and quantities for each individual horse, and will keep the animal engaged for a much longer period of time.
Depending on the installation, a funnel is used from outside the stall to carry the feed into the trough, or from inside of the stall directly down into the trough. The system can be ordered with the iFEED trough which is designed to work with the hopper, or you can use your existing trough or feed bucket. The patented iFEED system dispenses the feed inside the container, which ensures a smooth first in/first out delivery of the feed.
