I appreciate all your post run stretch videos but especially the quick ones, as there is literally no excuse for me not to stretch after my runs! 😂🏃🏻♀️Just went out for a quick run, followed by this quick stretch then I will have a quick shower, all done under less than a hour! 😂🤸🏻♀️Then we are having pizza in the garden with friends (just so hubby can try out his new pizza oven! 😆🍕)! Food tastes better after a run doesn't it! 🍕🍷😍Hope you have had a good day and run and thanks again Ash! Probably see you tomorrow! 😂💖

Thank you, Ash! I increased my distance quite a bit today and I feel great. It was nice to have a quick video this time. Better than after one of my runs last week when I put you on 1.75 speed as I didn't have much time. Sorry. Lol. I like this length and up to 15 minutes sometimes. 😂
Just ran the Keswick - Threlkeld railway trail this morning then added this stretch onto my favorite calf stretches, felt great. By the way realised that I definitely stretch more after runs now & definitely feel better. Thanks again Ash.
this quick stretch was much appreciated today as was on a tight schedule thank you very much! It will be very useful going forward when I'm short of time 👌

Hi Ash, your post run stretching videos my go-to every time, thank you! A question: do you have any tips on managing a side stitch if you get one during a run? I go through periods of running weeks where I get them and then don’t! TIA 😊
