I've been doing your stretches for the last 2 and a half months whilst I've been training for a 10k and for the first time in my running life, I've not had shin splints or had my knee flare up (ACL reconstruction a few years back)! Super chuffed and love your videos, thanks Ash ☺️

One of the reasons why I love your videos is that you explain everything we’re doing, down to the science of the muscles. I’m always learning new things from you and for that I really appreciate you! My running partner, a Siberian husky named Zeus, always lays by the yoga mat when I do my post run stretch with you - he also sneaks in a downward dog every so often 😅

I used to run up to 35 ks but after health problems I had to go back to basics. I've just gone through a 5 k program and I still run very slowly. Today I ran a fair bit uphill and it was quite challenging with bits of pain. During the run however I could make a mental picture of stretching with you and that made it a lot easier.
