Love your videos Ash! I used to do yoga everyday for atleast 10 mins (usually in the morning) did it for about two years but fell out of love with it. After a couple year hiatus from yoga my body finally had enough of not being treated right after runs. Your videos are exactly what I was looking for. Used this warmup for my 7k today and it felt great. Your cooldown vidoes are great! I hope to see more in the 15-30 minute range!
