Long story short…..Without nutrition’s called NPK(nitrogen, Phosphorus and potassium) never grow any plant no matter it’s it in the soil or in the water even on the sky.If you watch carefully the water here they supplied strong red color which full of chemical (Artificially made NPK) The guy skipping the question when he’s being asked about fertilizer.The plants are healthy……………Owners will be wealthy…………God bless the Consumers.

However needs more advice and guidelines for the viewers.

When I was young in Sri Lanka,I grew lettuce in bambalapitiya. I bought the seeds from the agricultural department shop they had in cinnamon gardens. The lettuce grew beautifully.no greenhouse needed. Greenhouses are for cold countries.waste of energy . Be carbon negative
simple comment without annoying the company owners. Your staff uniform ( polo t shirt ) is not comfortable for the work that do. we are a tropical weather country. Its Ok for the office staff. But for the out door staff, loose fitting t shirts with out colour will be ideal as they can work comfortable.
How those plants absorb minerals & nutrition if they don't cultivate in a soil? The soil is the main thing for every vegetables & fruit to keep their nutrition dense. Without minerals & nutrition is useless to consume.

They add nutrient mixture with the flawing water, and the roots can absorb the nutrients that way. so the plant gets everything from the water
