This series is so well done! I started doing this 3 weeks ago. Doing each series 3 times per week. Finished 3 of 5 this morning, moving to 4 of 5 on Sunday!
Yoga is very beneficial for health. Thanks for sharing your good knowledge. And along with yoga best healthy food is also important for the body. Eat healthy food along with exercise. Have A nice journey.
I have just done 30 mins on my exercise bike and thought I would try this as a cool down. I have just discovered this channel and aim to try more of these exercises. It's great to see this is yoga aimed at men for a change. Onwards and upwards! Thank you and best wishes
I listened to your podcast with Dr. A on the Fit Father Project Podcast. I just completed one of your routines and plan to do more. I have my own belief’s and spirituality, so I like your approach of using yoga for fitness. I just subscribed to your channel. Thanks.
I have done yoga on and off for years. usually one day a week for about an hour. I am tighter than rolled steel. I have been doing a couple of these 10 minute workouts about 3 to 4 times a week, morning and night. It seems to be getting a little easier, but I think it has cleared up my acid reflux and/or tightened esophagus. I hope to stay on this path and work into additional training to lose weight and gain muscle. Thank you very much for the videos. I hope to get to doing 20 minutes or so morning and night.
That's great to hear, Jason!! There are a few more short workouts like this coming out in the coming weeks for this Calm Series, so stay tuned & be sure you're subscribed. We also have longer workouts and structured programs, in the Man Flow Yoga App & Members' Area, which makes it easy to be consistent and follow along to a set schedule of workouts. You can start a free 7-day trial at manflowyoga.com/join
First, but definitely not the last, workout with you. I like your style of explaining and the speed that we move. Im in my mid 40's and find that extra time in the stretch to be very beneficial. You voice level and tone are great. Subscribed. have a great day
Starting this morning series, enjoyed the first one. Question, is there specific yoga exercises specific to golf that you do? If not, consider creating a series? Thank you.
Glad you're enjoying this series! We do actually have some golf routines here in our channel and even more in the Workout Library of our Member's Area. You can check them all out with a Free 7 Day Trial: manflowyoga.com/seven-day-trial/
Thanks Dean, I tested positive for Covid this morning so this was a nice gentle routine when I felt I needed to do something. Friday is normally a 'Butt' day so added a supported bridge as a nod to that! I've been following your yoga workouts for 5 years now & at 74 have really felt the benefits, so for any older guys out there give it a go, you won't regret it. (Just wish I could get my older brother to try it out).
Thank you for spreading the good word :) We appreciate having you in our audience. Sorry to hear about the positive test! Stay active (relatively) and keep taking care of yourself.
hey dean first off thank you for the help with doing yoga and all but i have a question when i do child's pose my right shoulder gets very tight and I can't stay in that position for a long time also the back of my right shoulder blade is often tight in general too what kind of exercises should i do?

OMG thx for wearing non-revealing clothes, so I can finally focus on the advise and yoga, other "men" videos usually low key sell/advertize their body...
