    Been doing this routine every night solid for about a month now. I have been in the construction industry all my life and my body is strong but just simply locked in some places.
    I couldn’t even bring my right leg into that pidgin position at all. Now both legs are even and I can lay on my back in that quad stretch.
    Thanks man I really feel so much better.

    It was a great relaxing stretch, I finished with a few minutes shavasana, with vol down ! It really helps the relaxation

    Did this last night, I’m an insomniac and chronically light sleeper. My legs felt like jello and I had trouble keeping my eyes open. Thanks you.

      Man Flow Yoga and I’m looking for something for hips. My right hip is so tight and starting to hurt even when I sleep. I know you have a hip opener so will start there in members area. Assuming it is some other area than just my hip.

    Wow This is real departure from regular MFY videos and oh so good, almost "spititual" in tone but withclassic Dean "what you should be feeling" language layered on top.. The modified verbal delivery is almost lullaby-like, very appropriate to the workout goal of relaxation and stretching before bed. Kill the screen stuff, dim the lights and fall into it. You'll be that much closer to good restorative sleep

    I loved this nighttime routine I loved the quad stretch. It was very good for me since my quads are very tight. I also loved the strap stretches which focus on stretching the outer hips & inner thighs. This was my 1st time doing this stretch routine and I loved it.

    I tried to see how strechy it would get and omg i felt like i was about to rip my knees off defo gonna stick to a smaller stretch

      Discomfort is ok but pain is never good, so stop if something hurts. Stick with it, you'll improve over time. It takes consistency!

    I smoke weed but when I smoked and did this it really made a difference, I did wake up in the morning not aching

      Instead of laying on your back, lay on your side. You can still get the stretch using your upper leg and arm without the added pressure. Just hold onto your foot and pull it as close to your body as you comfortably can.

    I really cant stretch my hips/groin that much, its really tight and Im looking for that flexibility. Any tips? help on this? Im really tight there and its starting to hurt (Thanks to sitting 8.5 hrs a day) Really looking for relief at this point and regular yoga isnt doing much (been doing yoga for 46 days now)
