Here's the perfect thing they could have done with Leliana: take a nug and find the cutest baby booties or shoes they can find. Stick'em on and let it loose. And hide some chocolate for it. You'll hear her squealing in Haven, and she would be that human and that adorable, that unhardened, it would be a moral boost to The Inquisition for months.
If they did that, it would be a death sentence if they make someone so serious like Leliana so childish. But hey, it will be all worth it

GunmetalRaven They're better as a team. Have you heard the messengers talking to Léliana? When Sera stole some of Joséphines undergarments and had them sent to Léliana by her messenger? She asked him to put them on a pole in the courtyard? Then both have a bad time at the war table? :) I wish Cullen would have added something though, too bad it didn't happen... Would have been even funnier...

One thing I wish they did is when you go back to have a conversation with the ambassadors after the prank, you are able to talk about it. Would be funnier with Cullen as he would definitely be in a slight panic.

I got this yesterday and at the "it's sturdy" comment, I was like 'Oh, you did not...!' and proceeded to laugh my head off. Needless to say, my bro is still looking at me like I'm totally insane and might go crazy at any given moment. Thank you for enabling me to relive that!

I saw something about how sera's not belonging to the inquisition choice is still there and its because she really doesn't provide anything but honestly that's not completely true. I feel like her whole mission is to make sure the inquisitor is still there for the little people and keeps them from becoming one of the "poofy pants prices high up their own arses"

I genuinely liked the pranks and they're actually pretty good all around. They don't have difficult solutions, they're nothing more than irritating, and Sera is so right about the "half an hour of sloppy boss is weeks of happy kitchen staff." Gotta make sure they're all people. Kind of a counter to Solas' perspective. Funny how those two are such extremes, leaving an elven Inquisitor as the compromise.

Put something that'll explode in Solas's paint so when he sticks his brush in, he gets covered in it. Dye all of Bull's extra pants pink. He won't even mind. Switch Dorian and Cassandra's favorite books. Pie Blackwall. He seems like the kind of guy who could take that like a good sport. Put a flower crown on Cole's hat.
Not so sure about Varric and Vivienne.
Put garish drapes over not only the windows but the doorway to the balcony in Vivians makeshift room, and then maybe a similar prank that you came up with for Solas, just with an inkwell. Varric does a lot of writing, so messing with his means of doing so is perfect.

I don't get the prank on Cullen, what did Sera put under there?
Mahariel It was anything from paper to small shard of wood, just something to off set the heavy desk to make it slightly wobbly. So when Cullen sits down, his table isn't as sturdy and solid and he thought it was. Sera thinks Cullen is too uptight and needs to "loosen up," just like the table.

Yes, and I didn't notice it at the time! I was playing with my video recording software and when I replayed that scene later I noticed I had a naked Cullen AND a double of Josephine in the background near the door. Very odd, but very entertaining.

***** In my playthrough he was standing in the background near the door to the tavern, in the peripheral vision of the player camera. There was also a double of Josephine, so it was glitching up pretty good. That's happened every time I've done that particular quest line.

Right after getting to Skyhold but if you want this particular scene with sturdy desk comment you need to bed Cullen first which normally happens after Adamant, so avoid talking to Sera till then.
