  • Well I figured I should pick up one of those new N Gauge Thomas the Tank Engines, and despite how tiny he is, he has a good amount of weight and pulling power behind him, and at a rather affordable price (for N Gauge), makes him a rather useful engine to have on a young beginner's layout!

Thomas did pretty well with your test rake of coaches. The crawl test would probably have been more effective if the wheels weren't hidden by the platform.

Nice review of Thomas! I will certainly be looking at getting one in the future, great for the kids at exhibitions 😁 All the best Tony

Awesome review! Your layout is great! If you don’t mind me asking, how big is it?
