I use the Instant Pot.. high pressure 15 min... sooo sooo tender every time and saves 2-3 hours wasted Propane/ electricity and Time... then drain and add seasoning as you did and 30 min tops... amazing recipe 😋👌 thanks for sharing .. actually having fried gizzard tonight... 😉🤟
The original post suggests a total cooking of under 30min, on an open flame. Just getting the Instant Pot to temperature is 8min… The simplicity of this recipe comes from slowly infusing the flavours throught stirring.

Invited two of my honest friends, they know I hate cooking... But for the first time they appreciated my cooking and had no idea I Google it 😂😂... So thank you... I will try this over and over again

Too hot with so much green mirch, red chili powder, black pepper. Description reveals a copy paste job. Final screen appears to be a bogus one. Avoid!!
I'm sorry most of us have made it and has come out delicious. This is my go to gizzard recipe. You can adjust the heat according to your liking just like you adjust salt in food, sugar in tea almost everything in life

My personal opinion this recipe must be cooked in a pressure cooker as the meat gets cooked well and easy for digestion.
He cooked it for 2 hours. Fast isn't necessarily better.
