    i've tried so many ab workouts (including alexis ren and pamela reif) and this one's by far one of my favs!! i feel like it's definitely hitting me in all the right places, but with the rests, it's still manageable that i can actually do all the workouts :))

      Agreed. Pamela Reif's beginner workouts feel like expert level. I love Maddie's workouts because I feel like I actually got a workout but with a good pace that's healthy I think. 🤷🏼‍♀️❤️

    This really works guys, if you watch what you are eating and put 100% of your effort in you definitely get results, ive been doing these workouts with a mix of others by this girl over a period of 4 months and ive managed to lose 22kgs, keep consistent and make sure your diets good!

    I did this one today and loved it thank you! I love the short 10-15 minute sessions, it fun to click on the options you give if we want to have a longer work out. Thank you for the continued reminder throughout the workouts to engage the core. It's so helpful🥰

    That was awesome, I love these style workouts my vote would be more like these. TABATA style excorsizes are more encouraging and you make out enjoyable or at least make me want to workout with you. Thanks.

      Second time doing this workout today! My abs were really spent when I woke up the next morning after last time, I couldn't sit up, I had to roll out of bed instead! Hopefully I'll feel the burn this night as well!

      Fifth time! 3d time doing this every other day! That seems like the right amount for now, may be able to move to every day at some point but this is still exhausting! Did feel quicker this time though, getting into the rythm feels great! But the transition from the first half to the second with the immediate scissor to russian twist is deadly!!

    I loved this. I was looking for an effective ab routine that wasn’t to long because I really just want to tone and I’d rather not do a 2 hour workout. I feel great after my first one and can’t wait to see results!!

    I like the simple classic exercises focussed solely on the core. Sometimes I eel the plank poses with lots of leg moves don't isolate exercising my abs the way I'd like to. I like your plain spoken easy directions!

    Love your ab workouts, thank you so much! I usually struggle to find ones that are home friendly which don't have equipment or need loads of space, if I do find them then they're usually too easy whereas I feel such a burn in my abs with your workouts

    starting this 4/4/20
    i’ll update every time i do it to see if i get results!
    -4/4 pretty average body size, but i want to be toned. i’m 5’3” and about 120 pounds. i’m not trying to lose weight, just want to be more confident in myself. i also have nothing to do because everyone’s in quarantine so might as well get some exercise.
