Hey brother this is sick. Not only did you inform me of this product but your demo is great. Good vibes from your jam!

Thank you. I evolved it into a full jam I released a few days ago. I really like how it turned out.

Love the Korg Gadget, I have tons of loops like these, the problem is working it into a complete piece, have you ever done a video on something like that? Creating and filling in sections to finish a song?

Yes, I plan to do videos on that too. I found the whole song mode pretty easy and used it on a jam already. I'll start releasing Korg Gadget tutorials very soon

@@toddsmithmusic3172 Any thoughts on that topic? I still think it's quite tedious to work on the arrangement. Especially the automations are counter intuitive since you can only record or edit it on one sequence at a time, right? It would be nice to put down a simple arrangement and add the automations manually while playing the whole song.

@@YeaButCanUDoABackflp Nah, Gadget iOS is the most powerful music writting tool I’ve used in 20 years. It’s pretty simple creating a full song. I would argue goiNg past loops is something that takes work overall in any daw. You could multi record automation, nothing is stopping you from setting up multi instruments on the same midi channel and recording movements. I’ve never felt the need to ever do It.

@@toddsmithmusic3172 What do you mean exactly? How would I merge two instruments to the same midi? Copying the midi sequences? Yes, Gadget is a blessing. You get the whole studio package for your tablet or even smartphone and can take it everyhwere you go. That's just insane!

It had never occurred to me that you could use a stylus for the piano roll.
Seems like this would make midi editing faster than a computer?

Yes, sequencing on a iPAd with stylus is a game changer , waaaaaay better than using your fingers.

Cool! What instrument were you using?

Actually the stylus makes a huge different in my workflow and it doesn’t smudge up the screen either lol.

*Why you use a Stylus instead of a Finger ? ;)*

Apple pen is 100$ , no thank you. Because it's better than using finger
